Radio Radio

Last but certainly not least… we made Brooke’s thank you notes! If you go check out the “journal” section of her website (which she says will be the look of the album’s insert) and go to the thank you page, we’re at the bottom of the letter ‘a.’ I think I can speak for everyone at the site and say that’s an honor and we’re glad to be supporting such an awesome artist.

Brooke talked to Ryan on his radio show today and we got to hear a nice little clip of her new single “Radio, Radio” and Ryan’s official site has also uploaded a full new track - “When We Were One.”
I think “Radio Radio” is definitely sounds like a fun uptempo song with what I got to hear, hopefully the full song will be out soon so we can enjoy it!
Anyway, listen to her interview with Ryan HERE, in the last part a snippet of “Radio Radio” plays. And you can listen to the full song “When We Were One” HERE.
Enjoy!!! And don’t forget to get “High Hopes & Heartbreak” on July 21!
ETA: Brooke uploaded the entire thing on her MySpace (where she’s also rocking a new layout) so go listen to it in full there!
Happy Birthday Brooke!

Okay, thanks to the lovely people from the tagboard, we have gathered quite some Brooke radio interviews/appearances here.
- She performed a lovely acoustic rendition of “Hold Up My Heart” on KTLA’s Morning News. You can stream it here. But I have also uploaded a youtube version for your viewing pleasure.
- Listen to a radio interview did HERE where she explained how Randy Jackson and Sanctuary Group Management got involved with her career. Very cool story!
- Interview from Kiss 98.5 where Brooke sings a little bit of HUMH, she also tells the Randy story here and gives more details on her record release information. You can listen to or download the podcast from HERE.
- She also makes an appearance on Idol Tonight, where she says that a single is coming out in the next couple of weeks. Spazzes! Watch HERE, and you can fast forward to around 3:10 for the Brooke parts.
- Also, pictures from the red carpet are up! Go HERE to view the pics, much thanks to streetsense.sosugary.com for uploading the untagged pics.
Also, some pics have surfaced on what the album cover for High Hopes & Heartbreak might look like and here are some snapshots:

Sorry for the fuzzy quality but I think Brooke looks amazing and the cover is so pure-looking. I am so excited for this album to come out already… mark your calendars for July 21!

Okay so earlier today, we got news that the album release date has actually been pushed back from June 2nd, Brooke’s 26th birthday, to July 21 instead. This is not so great news for us who have been waiting long for this album already but it’s okay because I’m sure whatever Brooke comes up with will be worth the wait. Personally, I think that it’s okay for her to push back the release date so she will have more time to really promote this album.
And on some cool news, Randy Jackson is actually the executive producer for Brooke’s first post-AI album. This marks the first time that Randy has gotten involved with an AI alumni’s career. Awesome, right? This makes me love Randy Jackson.
Read Brooke’s blog to get more info on this HERE! The press release is also there, make sure to leave her kind comments :)
Oh and as a bonus, here is a video of her performing Hold Up My Heart at Hutto High School, the winner of the I Don’t Wanna Miss PSA contest:
