Brooke on American Idol Extra!
A couple of weeks ago, Brooke and a number of past AI contestants taped performances for a new segment in American Idol Extra called Idols Intimate and Brooke is their first featured performer! In this episode of AI extra – she takes part in an infomercial for Garnier Fructis, sits down with host Jillian Reynolds for an interview and we get to see her gorgeous performance of “Hold Up My Heart.” You can watch the video below, credits to MJ’s Big Blog:

Brooke clarifies things!
In honour of the Bandwagoners on IDF who made fun of me for randomly appearing and then disappearing just as quick (hahaha!!!), I decided to update with Brooke’s blog from yesterday. :)
THE REAL DEAL…
Current mood: focusedFriends… I know I have promised you a new vlog and blog, and believe me it is my hearts desire and real intention on delivering on that promise… however I have been way in over my head working day and night on “High hopes and heartbreak”, I suppose this is a decent excuse, but I still apologize nonetheless. I have even recorded 3 videos, but I had no time to edit (yep I still do this stuff myself) and now they are behind and out of date, so I have to make new ones now. That being said, the album is moving along beautifully and I just can’t wait for you all to hear it… seriously I can hardly stand it! But there is still plenty more to do, and I am trying to just soak up every minute of this creative process… really this is my reward, just getting to make the music!

Just so everyone knows, I’m sorry I haven’t been around. I’ve been really busy with school and work. And I got engaged! :) So I haven’t been around. But I’ve still been keeping up with all the Brookeisms, and Kamille and the others have been doing an AWESOME job at keeping this site up to date. So thank those girls! They’re life savers, eh?!

Brooke is the hotshot debut for the week!
Good news all around! Brooke sold 51,171 copies of “Hold Up My Heart” this week making for a #27 charting on the Digital Downloads Billboard chart. Brooke also makes the Hot 100 this week as the Hotshot Debut, debuting at #47!
The hot shot debut on the chart this week goes to “American Idol” alum Brooke White, whose self-released “Hold Up My Heart” comes in at No. 47.
Congratulations Brooke! We’re so proud of you!
